     -     Provide and/or create a list of suitable vendors in accordance with the event or occasion.

     -     Review and advise on vendor contracts.

     -     Set up a plan and overall design for the event. 

 Your "One Stop Party Shop" - Retails services and decor     (Prices vary.  Quantity discounts available) 

     To provide products to enhance the event or occasion.

     -     Invitations

     -     Favors

     -     Centerpieces

     -     Tablescapes

     -     Gift bags, promotional items, etc.

     Also to include decor design and set-up 

The "Extravaganza" - Full service event and occasion planning   (Fee of 10% of overall budget) 

     -     Comprehensive planning, design and execution of the event from start to finish.

     -     Advise on food, decor and location sight.

     -     Meet and contract with various vendors.

     -     Advise and contract entertainment.

     -     Handle any advertisement or media for "public occasions or fundraisers"

     -     Be on hand during the event to ensure all runs smoothly and according to plan
